RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Tailvani, we want you and your pet to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review our policy below.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- be in its original condition
- include original tags and packaging, if applicable
To start a return, please contact us at tailvaniandco@gmail.com with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you want to return
- the reason for the return
- photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- final sale or clearance items
- gift cards
- custom or personalized items
- items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit if approved.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- a damaged item
- a defective item
- an incorrect item sent by us
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us and we will assist you.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
