Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment (not on weekends or holidays). Delivery is estimated at 7–12 business days. Carrier delays, weather or high demand can add time.

If tracking is available for your order, we'll email you the details as soon as it ships.

You can return items within 14 days of confirmed delivery if they are unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging where applicable. Email tailvaniandco@gmail.com with your order number, the items and the reason before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Measure your pet's neck, chest and back length, then compare with the size chart in the product photos or description. If your pet is between sizes, size up for coats and sweaters.
